The Department will be closed on the following dates:
Christmas 2019:
- Tuesday 24 December 2019 (Department closed from 1pm)
- Wednesday 25 December 2019 (Christmas Day)
- Thursday 26 December 2019 (Boxing Day)
- Tuesday 31 December 2019 (Department closed from 2pm)
- The Electrical Engineering Building and Nanoscience Centre will close at 1pm on Tuesday 24 December 2019 and remain closed until 8am on Thursday 2 January 2020. There will be no access to the buildings between these dates.
New Year 2020:
- Wednesday 1 January 2020 (New Year's Day)
Easter 2020:
- Friday 10 April 2020 (Good Friday)
- Monday 23 April 2020 (Easter Monday)
Summer 2020:
- Monday 31 August 2020 (Summer Bank Holiday)
Please note that the Department is not closed during the bank holidays which fall within the Easter Term 2020:
- Friday 8 May 2020 (Early May Bank Holiday)
- Monday 25 May 2020 (Spring Bank Holiday)
